Example 4, Breast Reduction with Free nipple graft

 

 

A woman, married , has children, age 50 years old, had suffered from massive breast hypertrophy. She had difficulty spending her daily life and clothing. Breast reduction with free nipple areolar graft technique is selected. 1,200 Grams and 1,250 Grams breast tissue are excised from both breasts. Both free nipple areolar grafts heal uneventfully. There is no any wound complication. The patient is very pleased with the new smaller breasts. The post operative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
