Example 2, Breast Reduction with Free nipple graft

 

 

A woman, married, has children, age 48 years old, had moderate breast hypertrophy .She did not satisfy with either the size and the sagging of both breasts.

Breast reduction with free nipple areolar graft technique is selected. 600 Grams breast tissue are excised from both breasts. Both free nipple areolar grafts heal perfectly. There is no any wound complication. The patient is very pleased with the new breasts. The post operative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
