Example 3, Breast lift with delayed breast implants

 

 

A female patient, 33 years old, after having 2 children, both breasts were hanging and flabby. After discussion , breast lift ( Mastopexy) was done at first stage.

Verticle bipedicle dermal flap with Inverted T skin excision technique was used, so there are three scar left; around areolar complex, breast fold and the vertical one between areolar and breast fold. Breast implants was done 6 months later by using texture surface, moderate profile, round, 200 ccs silicone gel implants, over Pectoralis chest muscle, using previous breast lift scars. The patient is very pleased with the new breast contour.
