Example 1, Breast lift

 

 

A woman, married, 3 children, age 32 years old, had problem with sagging breasts. She thought about breast lifted and implants. After discussion about the pro and con of breast lift with delay implants and immediate implants, she decided to have only breast lift without implants. The Superior based vertical pedicle dermal flap technique is used and fortunately only vertical scar without horizontal scar was achieved. The final breast contour, with circular scar around areolar complexes and vertical scar from the areolar to the breast fold, is very satisfactory. These post operative photos were taken 1 months after surgery.
