Example 5, Breast implants Exchange

 

 

A woman, 37 years old, had breast lift and immediate implants 10 years ago. Capsular contracture had developed and cause hardness and deformities of both breasts. Revision mammaplasty had been done by removal of capsule, expand space for the new implants, exchange old implants to texture surface, round, moderate profile 265 ccs. silicone gel implants, over Pectoralis chest muscle, using previous breast lift scars at the breast folds. A 2 cms. strip of skin were also excised along left breast fold incision. The post operative photos were taken 3 weeks after surgery.
