A male transsexual, 38 years old, request breast implants to achieve more feminine looking. Texture surface, round , moderate profile, 320 ccs silicone breast implants are inserted under Pectoralis chest muscle through armpit incisions. The post operative photos were taken 1 week after surgery. Early breast massage was taught to prevent capsular contracture. |
