A woman, single, 31 years old, had failure of breast implants 2 years ago. So augmentation mammaplasty was redone by using texture surface, round, high profile 220 ccs silicone gel implants, under Pectoralis chest muscle through armpit incisions.
Post operative photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
