A female patient, 26 years old, no children, requested breast enlargement. Augmentation mammaplasty was done by using texture surface, round, moderate profile 200 ccs. silicone gel implants, under Pectoralis chest muscle through armpit incisions. The post operative photos were taken 6 days after surgery. |
