A female patient, 33 years old, after having 2 children, found that both breasts were flabby and drooping. After discussion, a breast lift was carried out as a first stage.
A verticle bipedicle dermal flap with inverted T skin excision technique was used, resulting in three small scars - around the areolar complex: in the breast fold: vertically between the areolar and the breast fold.
Breast implants were carried out 6 months later with texture surface, moderate profile, round, 200 ccs silicone gel implants, over the Pectoralis chest muscle, using the previous breast lift scars.
The patient is very pleased with the new breast contours.
